Hi,
If I would like to stay another night in LA after the last day of the tour (Disneyland), do you drop-off at hotels as well (and not just the airport)?
If so, which hotels?
Thanks
Dear Customer,
Regretfully, the tour only offers drop offs at the airport at the end of the tour.
We do offer following hotel extension services. If you'd like to book a room, please contact us for quotation or choose the hotel in "Easy Book" when booking.
https://www.tours4fun.com/hotels/los-angeles/usa-los-angeles-hotels/
We suggest you consider adding a post tour extension to your package at the Howard Johnson Hotel. If you choose to add on the extension to your package, we can arrange for a drop off at this hotel at the end of your 8 day tour.

The hotel offers shuttle service to Disneyland, and is only about 35 minutes from LAX airport.

Edgar

Hi,
We will be travelling from Seattle. Could you please suggest me any airport name which is closest to your any pick up point. I will book the flight ticket accordingly. And also let us know nearest pick up point from that airport and approximate distance.
Thanks,
Dear Customer,
The nearest airport to the area, would be the Los Angeles International Airport.
The closest pick-up location to the airport will be the Chinatown location listed below which is about 25 minutes and 19 miles away:
06:45 AM-Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012
You may also want to consider our 4 day tour package adding 1 day to include an airport transfer and accommodations for 1 night prior to travelling out on the 3 day tour. For more information on the suggested 4 day package, please follow the link below:

I am planning to travel with a 1.5 years toddler and have several questions.
1) If the tour has a " buy two get one free" offer, will I get a separate seat for my baby?
2) Are toddlers allowed ?
3) Can we carry a car seat & a stroller? will there be any additional charges for that?
4) Generally what are the tentative starting & arrival timings of the day?
Dear customer,
This tour does allow infants and toddlers.
You are able to reserve a seat for the infant if you would like, if you are 3 guest (including the infant) in total then you are able to use the Buy 2 Get 1 free discount. To hold a seat for your infant, please book for 2 adults and 1 child in 1 room. Please note that the service fees payable are per person holding a seat. If you choose not to hold a seat for your infant, you only need to book 2 adults for your reservation, and your infant can travel with you as a lap-child. Please ensure you inform us when booking if you are travelling with infants 2 years or younger by placing the number of infants and their dates of birth in the comments section when booking online.
Please note that the bus seats do not come equipped with seat belts, if you bring a car seat please also bring your own strap to secure the child.
Each guest is allowed one carry on and one medium size luggage, any additional luggage (or stroller) there will be an extra fee of about $30. Please make a note in the comment section when making a reservation for us to re-confirm the additional price.
Best Regards,
Andy

Hi I have a few questions:
1) I'm trying to book the tour for 3 pax - 2 adults and 1 baby. however, under the "lodging" field I cannot click to select 1 child. Please advise how to go about selecting it? Tried on windows and Mac both unable.
2) do I select "no transfer" if I require drop off back at Cupertino (my selected pick up location)?
3) Understand that the is a sale for national parks reopening. However, the price does not seem revised or discounted for this tour. Please advise on promotion or coupon code I can use?
4) my baby (or child) is below 2 years old, do I need to pay any additional charges for her?
5) what can I do with the reward points?
6) I am also booking some other 6D New York tours and SFO for 2 adult and 1 child, any discount if I am booking more than one tour please?
Thanks
Sheryl
Dear Customer,
Your interested tour currently has a buy 2, get 1 free offer, which is why the system does not allow you to select a child, since the child pricing will not apply. Please proceed with your booking by selecting 3 adults.
Yes, if you wish to end your tour in San Francisco please select "No Transfer" in the "Easy Book" section.
Please note, the sale does not apply to all of our tours visiting national parks. Kindly refer to the following link for tours currently on sale.

Children under 2 years old have to pay $25 insurance fee per day, per infant. Please be sure to offer child's name and age(accurate to month) when booking if you only wish to hold 2 seats, and include your baby as a lap-child. Tour guide will charge you directly on your tour. If you choose to hold a seat for your infant, please book for 3 adults when placing your reservation online, but note that service fees payable will be for the 3 seats held.
You may redeem rewards points earned from previous reservations when booking a new reservation. Please refer to the following link for more information regarding our rewards4fun program.

I like the itinerary of tour code 2-117. Can the stay in Yellowstone be extended by 2 more days at different location? How much more would the package cost?
I had taken the 6D Canadian Rockies/Banff & 8D New East Coast Deluxe to NY, Philadephia, Washington, Niagara Falls, Boston in Feb - Apr 2012. Can the earned points be use to offset this package?
Thank you & warmest regards
Woon Chun
Dear Customer,
At this time we do not customize tours packages and will be unable to extended the stay at Yellowstone.
Please continue with your new reservation using the Tours4Fun account previously used to book your trip in 2012.
While proceeding with payment, guest will see the options to "Redeem Points" your points will then be applied to your new reservation.

Team - I am planning to Visit SFO the third week of November and was planning for a 6-7 day trip package. Please let me know if you have one. My travel dates would be from 27th NOvember (Wednesday) until 2nd December (Monday). In total 6 days travel. Please let me know if you have one and what is the cost. I would want to start from SFO and end at SFO.
Please advise.
Hi I'm keen on the Nov 16 tour.
However a few questions:
1) For Nov 16 tour, will Yosemite be part of the tour? Or will it be substituted with Death Valley as I am not sure whether Nov 16 is the start of winter yet.
2) If the federal govt still closed then and national parks not open, how will the tour at Death Valley/ Yosemite be substituted. Any chance for refund if we are notified nearer the date?
Dear Customer,
In Winter, Yosemite will be substituted with Death Valley for this tour starting in the first week of the month of November.
Should the Government closures still be in effect during your travel dates, we will keep you up to date with itinerary adjustments at that time, as well as explore rescheduling and refund options for your reservation.

Thomas
